Heather is very pretty. Her face makeup has faded. Her head, arms and legs are tight and she can stand. Her hair is dry and could use some moisturizer.
Her outfit is the belle of the ball outfit. It includes the dress, panties, gold shoes with sequins and her cape. All are very nice.
