Richard Francis O'Neill (1928-1998) - American stage, film and television character actor best known for playing  Irish cops, fathers, judges and army generals.
His television credits include Car 54, Where Are You?, The Honeymooners, Barney Miller, Sanford and Son, Good Times, Kaz, M*A*S*H*, Mad About You, Murder She Wrote, Three’s Company, One Day at a Time, Magnum P.I., Cheers. He was probably best known for his role as Charlie Cagney in the television series Cagney & Lacey.
Some of his film credits include:  The Taking of Pelham One Two Three (1974), Posse (1975), MacArthur (1977), The Buddy Holly Story (1978), The Jerk (1979), Prizzi’s Honor (1985).
4” x 7” black and white magazine photo signed and inscribed in red felt tip pen. Fine.
This is from an extensive 50 year collection covering all categories, that was built from the 1940’s through the 1980’s.
