This is a full kit that allows a tuner/mechanic to measure back pressure  through an existing Oxygen sensor hole. Or for permanent tuner EFI installation.
Nothing fancy here, it just works where others fail:
1) Your tubing won't fail from heat.
2) The isolator collar design allows clocking it to any position, repeatedly.
3) Your gauge needle won't receive as much pulse-shock because of the orifice design.

steel tubing, conducts less than copper and has highest fatigue life to resist vibration.
"clockable" fitting designs allows orienting the tube in any rotation, the locking collar "nut" rotates independent of the tube, so the tube does not rotate during installation. ;-)
tubing is annealed so that it can be bent as needed, multiple times.

adapter fitting fits all 18mm oxygen sensor bungs (MOST cars have this size fitting,some jet ski's and some late model motorbikes do not.
includes a spare (pre curved) bung and plug, in case your exhaust does not have an existing bung.  You can also order a stainless steel bung separately if needed.
The sensor adapter has a calibrated orifice to minimize needle fluctuation from exhaust pulses. (not necessary but a nice feature).
REAR hose-mount gauge (unlit), so if you wanted to hack up a permanent dash gauge out of it you could.
Can also be used to measure other pressures (boost etc).
No, the exhaust pipe in the 2nd picture is not included. Also
